We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our team at Franciscan Road. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real ownership of their shop, cares about the details and enjoys building a strong, happy and high-performing team.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring the team is supported, products are presented beautifully and every customer receives warm, friendly and efficient service. From leading busy shifts and developing your team to maintaining excellent standards and keeping the shop organised, you'll take responsibility for making sure Franciscan Road consistently operates at its best.

We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and calm under pressure, with the confidence to make decisions and lead by example. You'll need to be comfortable setting expectations, giving feedback and helping your team improve, while creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

Previous management experience within hospitality is essential. Experience in a busy independent café, bakery or specialty coffee environment would be particularly valuable.
